OLIVIA CLEARY
Olivia is the founder of The Clearly Collective. She is an architect turned designer who creates just about anything luxury custom. She specializes in taking corporate brands and translating them into luxury lifestyle pieces and has done so with brands ranging from McLaren, Cartier, The Olympics, St. Regis & more. She also operates Clearly Home, which consists of similarly styled location-inspired home decor pieces, and Clearly Collegiate, which focuses on college architecture-inspired silk scarves.
1. What event would you love to attend?
The International Concourse of Elegance at St. Moritz (Car Show). I'm dying to do a collaboration with a group out there, and I'd love to see it in action in such a beautiful setting.
2. What are your hosting must haves?
For me, I love to always include a conversational game of sorts to help conversations warm up and the storytelling to begin. This usually follows the questions listed in the first phase of the NY Times "36 Questions That Lead to Love" - they're much lighter questions than they sound and good for guiding conversation. And if people aren't ready for that, I like to play an elongated version of 2 truths and a lie - the requirement is that each truth and lie require a good story.
3. What's the best party you've ever been to?
I have to say my favorite parties are the more intimate, candle-lit ones with hand-drawn place cards, small bites, flowing wine, and games. My friend used to throw these great themed dinner parties in his apartment, and I cherish those memories dearly!

Candles! It's an absolute requirement.
6. Who are your three dream dinner party guests (alive or dead)?
My dream 3 dinner party guests would be a comedian, a major leader in some creative industry, and a psychologist. I'm not exactly sure who, but this feels like a recipe for a fun time.
7. The song I never skip on my party playlist is…
Anything by Frank Sinatra. I am a fan through and through.
8. What’s your go-to cocktail or Mocktail?
Negroni in the winter. Aperol Spritz in the summer.
