ALEXA KLEIN
During her freshman year of college at UT Austin, Alexa Klein lived at home during the pandemic and decided to pick up hand embroidery as a new hobby. She started creating custom designs to embroider for friends and family. Next, she decided to make an Instagram account with little to no plan other than creating as she went. Things continued to unfold until Alexa realized she needed a machine. She then learned how to digitize her designs and continued building her brand from there! Alexa recently moved to NYC after graduating in May and continues to expand Klein Designs in New York. She has had so much fun the past couple of months hosting embroidery events and parties in her studio in DUMBO and bringing people and creativity together!
